The presidential elections in the U.S.A will be conducted today. The presidential candidate from Democrat Party Barak Obama passed ahead his republican opponent John McCain in the pre-election campaign. According to the polls held by different organizations the black candidate succeed to pass ahead his opponent in all spheres. As the result of 21 months campaign Barak Obama prevails 7-8%. It should be noted that 3 days left to the Election Day the difference between the candidates decreased to 5%. It is stated that Barak Obama is leading in 8 main states including Ohayo and Florida.

Joint Declaration on Dagliq Karabakh signed in Moscow todayThe trilateral meeting of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russian presidents held at the Russian leader`s Mayendorf residence in Moscow. After the meeting Ilham Aliev, Serzh Sargsyan and Dmitry Medvedev signed joint declaration on Dagliq Karabakh. President Dmitry Medvedev acquainted journalists with the text of the Declaration and stated that the presidents had discussed concretely the perspectives of the regulation of the Daqliq Qarabaq conflict through political means and through continuing a direct dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
