Matthew Bryza, America Co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group, said in his exclusive with ANS.
“Regulation of Daqliq Qarabaq conflict is close to resolve. Mutual understanding and confidence between Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents enable to say so,” Matthew Bryza, America Co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group, said in his exclusive with ANS before leaving Baku on March 26. Before Azerbaijan, Bryza visited Armenia and Georgia. During his one-day visit, Matthew Bryza had a meeting with Azerbaijani FA Minister Elmar Mammadyarov where the sides discussed recent developments in regulation process of Daqliq Qarabaq process, as well as preparation issues to meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents scheduled for May, 2009 in Prague, Czech Republic.

The third Armenian Azerbaijani Public Peace Forum was opened with an international Round Table on Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict – Challenges and Opportunities for Building Confidence between Societies in Vienna on 24th March.
According to him compromise is not losing of positions it is a solution of the problem without loses.
Almost 40 Armenian and Azerbaijani civil society leaders, experts, intellectuals gave a start to the events that are going to continue in Vienna until 27th March, “International Alert” informs APA. The three Co-Chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group Ambassador Bernard Fassier, Ambassador Yury Merzlyakov and Matthew Bryza, as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office for Nagorno-Karabakh conflict Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and Mr. Alexandros Katsanis, representative of the current OSCE Chairman-in-Office, took part in the Forum.
