The applications and complaints were related to the vacation delays, poor working conditions, non-payment of compensation for industrial injuries, improper calculation of wages, unfair dismissal, social problems, housing issues.

About 440 applicants for judge posts took part at the exam. The exam was organized by the Election Committee of Judges and the State Commission for Students Admission in the Baku Sports Complex. The entire examination process - selection of topics, reading test questions and checking of answers - was held in the examination hall in presence of candidates and observers.
