Press realise ("Hot line")“Hot line” and “Juridical Consultation Center” services accepted many appeals during its one year activity. The statistical research we conducted showed that most of the applications and complaints presented to “Hot line” service are on Baku Electric Network, Executive Powers and the bodies related to them, the work of Road Patrol Service, law violation by Law enforcement bodies, Ministry of Education and Courts. Lawyer-experts of the Group investigated these complaints and applied to appropriate state bodies. Most of our appeals on law violations have already been provided; some of them are still being reviewed...

JWG explained the results of the ecological monitoringThe important works was done for improvement of the roads by Administration of Republic of Azerbaijan last years. Lot of highways was put into operation meeting world standards. All these actions achieved success decreasing the traffic jam and also decreasing the spreading the used gas into atmosphere.

But increased number of the transport means and the traffic in the center of Baku city put under the doubt the protection the atmosphere from the used gas. Joint Working Group for the Implementation of International Human Rights Standards several times tried to bring the attention of public and state structures to the situation of ecological security system as one of the important directions of protecting of human rights in Baku and continues its monitoring in this direction...

A lawyer in “Hot line” serviceSeyfaddinov Geysar Ahmadiyya was born in Oghuz region, in 1979. Mr. Seyfaddinov graduated from the law faculty of “Azerbaijan University” in 2001. At the moment, he is the lawyer in “Hot Line” service in Joint Working Group for the Implementation of International Human Rights Standards.
