Recently, the Azerbaijani Ombudsman's Office has held monitoring to check the readiness of schools for the new academic year. The monitoring showed that some schools are under emergency situation.

Azerbaijan Council of Press again has received complaints up to 20 concerning newspapers involved in “racketeering”. “Every day we receive several complaints from Baku and other parts of Azerbaijan about the newspapers dealing with racketeer.”

The juridical investigation into the demolition of the Fatimeyi Zahra mosque has ended in Baku. The Surakhani District Executive Power appealed to the local Economic Court 2 to demolish the Fatimeyi Zahra mosque, located in the Yeni Gunashli settlement 33 of the Surakhani District.
