In accordance with the mandate of special envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, on September 9, a monitoring on troops contact line will be held near Gapanli village of Tartar region.

"Only 34 percent of municipal members have higher education. Women make up 4 percent of the total number of municipalities and there are 2 percent of women among the chairmen. It is necessary to make efforts to remove these shortcomings during the next elections."

"Some chairmen and members of the municipalities have been interrogated in court concerning certain cases. The court decided that the legislative acts on these cases were outdated."

"Unfortunately, the CC's legal position is not taken into account when cases are considered. Such cases are few in number, but they do exist. And this, in itself, is a failure of the CC decisions."
