The Council of State Support to NGOs under Azerbaijani President and UN Development Programme will sign a treaty related to the funding of a joint project called “Enhancement of the managerial potential of the local NGO sector in Azerbaijan.”

The U.S. Department of State announced the appointment of Ambassador Robert Bradtke as the next U.S. OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair. Department Spokesman Ian Kelly said Ambassador Bradtke brings to this position more than thirty-six years of Foreign Service experience and extensive expertise in European security policy.
