The Cabinet of Ministers in Azerbaijan has asserted the rules “To place and keep children in refuges fallen a victim to trafficking”.

The deputies of Azerbaijani parliament discuss a bill, which is dealing with foretelling sex of babies to be born to parents by doctors. This is connected with grave demographic problems. Recently, the number of newly born boys is much more than the number of newly born girls.

“Ago” Monitoring Group of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers has arrived in Azerbaijan today.

"I think today was impressive the way, that two presidents worked with us, their willingness to discuss the points that are quite difficult and quite controversial and I think, as someone who is relatively new to this process, that is what impressed me the most."
