9015 foreigners deported from Azerbaijan during past 11 months The State Migration Service (SMS) received 48 250 applications from the foreigners and stateless persons during 11 months of this year, said the statistics issued by the SMS on the results of 11 months of this year. These applications were on extending the term of the sojournment, getting permissions for temporary and permanent residence, ending, restoration, reception into the citizenship, as well as the citizenship responsibility and determination of refugee status, as well as getting individual permissions for labor activity and extending the term of the individual permissions.

According to information, it was found out that 11 153 foreigners violated the requirements of the administrative legislation, 2139 of them paid fines and their residence was legalized, decisions were passed about 7211 foreigners in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences. According to the decisions, they were to leave the country within 48 hours, 1804 foreigners were to leave the country in an administrative order.
