Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan(ACSDA) and Joint Working Group for the Implementation of International Human Rights Standards (JWG) will hold the International Conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Kholaly Genocide. The purpose of the Conference is to bring truth about Khojaly to the world community’s notice inviting prominent persons and experts from foreign countries and to achieve recognition of it as genocide by countries of the world. For this purpose, the appeal will be adopted to the whole world community and parliaments in the International Conference which will be held on 24th of February in 2012 in Hilton Hotel with the particiaption of 10 to 30 foreign guests and up to 120 local representatives (Parliamentarians, intellectuals, government officials and civil society representatives, representatives of the diplomatic corps).
