The General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan has held a collegial meeting on November 28. The meeting focused on the awarding of a group of prosecution officers “Azerbaijani Flag” order for their activities under order of President İlham Aliyev and implementation of the State Program for modernization of the activity of Azerbaijan Republican Prosecutor’s Office in 2009-2011 approved by the presidential order dated September 27, 2008, Lent.az informed.
Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov said that awarding of a group of prosecutor officers is a proof of governmental confidence to Azerbaijani prosecution bodies and stressed they are responsible for today’s status, necessary normative-legal base created for their activity, formation of personnel corps demonstrating devotedness to statehood ideas of prosecution organizations, especially, wise statehood policy of Heydar Aliyev and trust prosecution organizations.
Besides that, First Deputy of Prosecutor General Ramil Usbov, Military Prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev, Baku Prosecutor Aziz Seyidov, Chief of Department on Combating Corruption under Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev and Sabail district Prosecutor Shirkhan Adigozalov deliverng speech in the meeting expressed their gratitude for praisal of their activity on governmental level.
