A treaty has been concluded on the topic of “Modernization of justice system”The World Bank and the Ministry of Justice have concluded a treaty for the realization of the project on the topic of “Modernization of justice system”. According to the information the press service of Ministry of Justice has provided APA, the project contemplates modernization and renovation of the infrastructure and application of new technologies in terms of justice and court.

Minister of Justice, the chairperson of the Council Court-Law Fikrat Mammadov, the chairperson of Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev, the director of control mission of World Bank David Bernshtein who is on journey in Azerbaijan and some Azerbaijani court chairmen have participated in the ceremony.

Establishment of new infrastructure for a number of courts has been stressed out in the event in relation to the facilitation of possibilities for citizens to address to court and extension of their awareness about the activity of court, organization of working process which meets the new requirements.
