The reference of Trend News: The Movement For Garabagh and Republic which is represented by 6 opposition parties (The Azerbaijani Popular Front (APF), a Citizen and Development, Liberal, Musavat, Democrat, Umid) has made a decision to apply to the CEC concerning making interpretations over several articlec of the Election Code before the municipal elections. The municipal elections are expected to occur In mid-December.

As to the appeal of the opposition movement and its inclusion to the CEC, according to the director of the department, may be the appeal has entered the general department of the comission. “But I personally have not been presented such an appeal,”-Haciyev underlined. Ali Aliyev, who is the chairman of the party a Civilian and Development which representes the Movement For Garabagh and Republic, has said to the Trend News on Wensday that the movement had already sent the appeal to the CEC.
