The Central Election Committee (CEC) together with the State Academy of Administeration under Azerbaijani President will lead specialized courses on the right of election for chairmen of election comissions on September 7 with regard to the implemetation of the executive order of Azerbaijanu President Ilham Aliyev “Regarding assertion of a National Action Plan on the protection of human rights in the Azerbaijn Republic”.

The press service of the CEC has notified that, the aim of organising these courses is to strengthen enlightenment in the sphere of implementation of obligations before the Central Election Committee and to improve preparedness of chairmen of election comissions according to the executive order of the Head of the state. Before the courses begin, the members of the CEC and the chairmen of the Election Districts will visit the grave of the great leader Heydar Aliyev.

Further, there will be the opening of the specialised courses on the right of election. The chairman of the CEC Mazahir Panahov, the directors of department of the President Administeration of the Azerbaijan Republic Zeynal Naghdaliev, Shahin Aliyev and the the rector of the State Academy of Administeration under Azerbaijani President Seyfaddin Gandaliyev and others will participate in the opening ceremony. At the end of the courses the trainees will be confered on certificates.
