Public Committee on Supervision to Penitentiary Service which is under the Ministery of Justice has conducted a siting about reports. According to the information obtained from APA; the sitting has been attended by the members of Election Comission of the Public Committee, deputies Rabiyyat Aslanova, and Azay Guliyev as well.

Opening the event with an introductory speech, Faig Gurbanov-the chief of bureau of Human Rights and Public Relations in the Ministery of Justice congratulated the committee members on having finished a regular year. He has mentioned that, the Public Committee as a body established under the minister of justice had justified itself: “The Public Committee`s reports are already accepted by international organizations. UN bases on the reports of the committee. This is your achievement.” Underlining the availability of multiple appeals concerning the formation of the new composition of the Committee, Faig Gurbanov has pointed out the termination of the process at the end of the month.

Later giving a speech in the event Rabiyyat Aslanova, who is a member of the Election Comission of the Public Committee and deputy, has showed her appreciation of the function of the committee and has appreciated the heartwarming activities of the instution during the last three years.
