Azerbaijani President orders increasing minimum monthly salary and base part of labor pensionAzerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on increasing the minimum monthly salary, AzerTAj state news agency reported Tuesday.

The minimum monthly salary will be established at 85 manat from September 1, 2010.

The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of addressing issues arising from this order.

President Ilham Aliyev also signed a decree on increasing the base part of labor pension.

The amount of base pension will be established at 85 manat from September 1, 2010, the order says. The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of addressing issues arising from this order.
