The presidential candidates will present financial report to CECThe candidates participated at the presidential elections conducted on October 15 will have to present the final financial report to Central Election Commission in 10 days from the day the official results have been published. The results of the elections has been announced due to the Law and the candidates have to present the final financial report till the scheduled time the head of Law Department of CEC Irada Hajieva told to APA. The amount which have been entered to a candidate’s election fond and for what aims that amount has been used should also be noted in the report. According to the article 73.3 of the Election Code candidates who have gained more than 3% of votes have to return the part of the means which haven’t been spent in 30 days after the Election Day. According to the articles 94.3.3 and 197 of the Election Code the candidates who have received less than 3% of votes have to return the means taken from the state budget in 10 days after the results are officially published.
