Consultation in Bishkek was run among the ministeries of foreign affaires on the solution of problems concerning the living and ativities of citizens of CIS countries in those states. Vugar Ibrahimov, who is the director of the consulate department in Azerbaijan Embassy to Kyrgyzstan has attended the event.

The implementation of international contracts concluded within the CIS in the sphere of consulate, bilateral simplification of the registeration of the citizens in the territories of these states, realization of agreements with regard to documents that give the right to cross state borders, the situation of implementation of Minsk and Kishinev Convention about legal assistance and legal attitudes on family, civil and criminal issues, as well as other documents were debated and appropriate agreements were arrived at the sitting.
