Ombudsman meet with Azerbaijanis living in Dagestan  Elmira Suleymanova: “I will summarize the requests of Azerbaijan Diasporas and introduce them to the plenipotentiary bodies”.

Commissioner for human rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova visited Dagestan Republic, informed the Ombudsman herself to Lent.az in her exclusive explanation. She stated that Dagestan had made its way in order to participate at the international conference carried out by UNESCO. Three representatives of Caucasus as well as Russia and Dagestan have participated at the conference. The issues on participation of women in making decisions both in political life and generally in all processes have been discussed. At the conference Elmira Suleymanova made a speech.

Barak Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii. His father was from Kenya and his mother Ann Dunham was an American born in Kansas. Obama’s parents separated when he was 2 years old. After his mother got married with a person of Indonesian origin and Obama lived in Jakarta till he was 10 years old. He had 8 step-sisters and step-brothers. In 1979 he returned to the city he was born and started to live with his grandmother and grandfather. He finished Punahou School. In the memoirs issued in 1995As Obama admitted that during high school he used marijuana and cocaine.
