Elmira Suleymanova: “I will summarize the requests of Azerbaijan Diasporas and introduce them to the plenipotentiary bodies”.

Commissioner for human rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova visited Dagestan Republic, informed the Ombudsman herself to Lent.az in her exclusive explanation. She stated that Dagestan had made its way in order to participate at the international conference carried out by UNESCO. Three representatives of Caucasus as well as Russia and Dagestan have participated at the conference.
